“患者优质服务链”模式在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用

目的:探讨"患者优质服务链"与临床护理路径相结合模式在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的实施效果。方法:将100例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者随机分为试验组(50例)和对照组(50例),试验组实施"患者优质服务链"与临床护理路径相结合的模式,对照组按疾病临床护理路径实施护理。比较两组患者在住院时间、患者服务态度满意率、临床护理质量、科室量化考核得分等方面的差异。结果:试验组患者护理服务态度满意、临床护理服务质量指标检查结果、科室考核得分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在住院时间方面比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:"患者优质服务链"与临床护理路径相结合服务模式应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术中,增加了医护团队合作意识,密切了医护关系,提高了患者满意度和护理服务质量,增强了护士主动服务意识,提升了护士的责任感和职业认同感,值得在临床推广应用。

Application of high quality service chain in laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients

Objective：To evaluate the effect of the combination of patients with high quality service chain and clinical nursing pathway in patients receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）. Methods ：100 patients who would receive laparoscopic choleeystectomy were divided into experimental group （n = 50 ） who would receive the combination mode mentioned above and control group （n = 50） treated only with clinical nursing pathway. Hospital days, satisfaction rate to nursing attitude, assessment criteria of nursing quality, and quantified score of department selfassessment were compared between this two groups. Resuits：The experimental group was better than the control group apparently in the aspect of satisfaction rate to nursing attitude, assessment criteria of nursing quality, and quantified score of department selfassessment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but in the duration of hosptalization was no statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The combination of patients with high quality service chain and clinical nursing pathway in laparoscopic cholecystectomy can increase strong team work spirit, improve doctornurse relationship,increase satisfaction rate and quality of nursing, improve initiative, responsibility and professional selfidentity of nurses, so the combination mode is deserved to be fully applied in clinical work.
