| 摘 要： | 目的]:探讨旋转振动排痰仪对新生儿重症肺炎的治疗效果.方法]:将160例研究对象根据人院日期随机分为试验组和对照组,在常规 治疗及护理基础上,试验组给予排痰仪振动排痰,对照组给予手动排痰.对两组患儿在治愈率,肺部啰音、气促、咳嗽消失时间,停氧时同,住院时间等方面进行比较.同时评价振动排痰仪应用于新生儿的安全性.结果]:试验组患儿治疗效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论]:振动排痰仪用于新生儿重症肺炎的治疗是安全、有效的,效果优于手动排痰.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of vibratory sputum-elimination apparatus in the neonatal severe pneumonia.Methods: One hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups according the admitted date.Following the routine treatment,the test group and the control group were respectively given vibratory sputum elimination and artificial sputum elimination.A comparison was made of the cure rate,rale,tachypnea,cough,oxygen supply,the chest film and the hospital stays,meanwhile the safety of the use of vibratory sputum elimination apparatus used in the newborn is assessed.Results: The test group has higher cure rate,shorter time of oxygen supply and the hospital stays,and the rale,tachypnea,cough disappear and chest film recover earlier than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The vibratory sputum elimination apparatus is useful and safe when used in the neonatal severe pneumonia. |
