糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭的血液透析护理

目的:总结糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭的血液透析护理要点。方法:选取2009年2月～2011年5月我院进行血液透析的105例糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭患者,认真细致做好透析前、透析时、透析后护理。结果:患者均安全完成血液透析疗程。透析过程中10例出现低血压,5例出现高血压,3例出现失衡综合征,1例出现体温升高,1例出现血液分层、凝血,1例出现心肌梗死。结论:细致周到的护理可提高患者抵御疾病的能力,降低透析并发症的发生和医疗成本,提高并改善患者的生活质量。

Experiences of health care of the diabetic chronic renal failure patients treated with hemodialysis

Objective： To study the health care of the diabetic chronic renal failure patients treated with hemodialysis.Methods： From February 2009 to May 2011,105 cases of diabetic chronic renal failure treated with hemodialysis in our hospital were collected and the routine care was used.Results： The patients make good progress in hemodialysis treatment.During hemodialysis,complications such as 10 cases of hypotension,5 cases of hypertension and 3 cases of imbalance syndrome were also observed.Conclusion： Health care can significantly improve patients′ ability to resist disease,to reduce the incidence of complications of hemodialysis and health care costs,to increase and improve patient quality of life.
