| 摘 要： | 目的总结阴道超声监测排卵在不孕症中的临床价值。方法对100例不孕症患者给予阴道超声监测,于患者月经10d后监测卵泡发育。对卵泡的具体数目、大小、有无排卵、卵泡生长速度等进行详细的观察,同时指导不孕症患者的临床治疗。结果 100例不孕症患者在给予促排卵以及相关的排卵治疗后,67例卵泡发育成熟,占67%,其中40例已经受孕。结论阴道超声监测在促进不孕症患者排卵方面有着至关重要的作用,同时对不孕症患者的临床用药具有的指导作用,对不孕症患者有着非常重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the vaginal ultrasound monitoring of ovulation in infertility in the clinical value.Methods 100 cases of infertility patients given vaginal ultrasound monitoring in patients after menstruation10d,monitoring the development of follicle.The specific number of follicles,size,have no ovulation,follicular growth velocity were observed in detail,at the same time guide the clinical treatment of infertility patients.Results 100 cases of infertility in giving ovulation and related to ovulation after treatment,67cases of follicular maturation,accounted for 67%,40 cases have been pregnant.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound monitoring in patients with infertility ovulation promotion has a crucial role,at the same time for infertility patients clinical medication has a guiding role for patients with infertility,has very important significance. |
