护士科研能力及影响因素调查分析

目的:了解天津市本科学历护士科研能力现状及影啊因素。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法随机抽取天津市4所三级甲等综合医院已取得本科学历的120名护士进行调查。结果:本科学历护士的科研能力总分为(50.72±24.73)分,得分指标由低到高依次为软件操作技能、统计学知识、论文写作知识、科研基础知识。影响其科研能力的主要因素为护理科研课程、职称、发表论文情况、职务。结论:天津市本科护士科研能力处于中低水平,统计软件操作技能较差,医院应针对其薄弱环节加强科研技能的培训。学校应注重对护理本科生科研能力的连贯性和系统性培养,重视统计学理论与操作技能的教育,从根本上改变护理科研水平偏低的现状。本科学历护士应充分利用各种学习途径不断提高自身科研能力。

Investhgation and arralysis of nurses scientific reasearch ability and its influence factors

Objective：To comprehend the research capacity of Tianjin Undergraduate degree nurses and its influencing factors. Methods：A stratified random sampling method was used to randomly selected Tianjin four hospitals of 120 nurses has been made in the undergraduate degree to investigate. Results ： Bachelor degree nurse research capacity total score（50.72 ± 24.73 ）points, score index from low to high order, skills of operating statistic software, knowledge of statistics, knowledge of paper writing, basic research knowledge. The main factors that affect their research capacity for nursing research courses, job title, published papers, position. Conclusion ：Tianjin undergraduate nursing research capacity in low to medium, the skill of operating statistic software is poor, The hospital should address its weaknesses to strengthen research skills training. Schools should focus on a coherent and systematic culture of care research capability, Emphasis on statistical theory and skills education, fundamentally change the status quo of the low level of nursing research. Undergraduate degree nurses should take full advantage of a variety of learning ways to continuously improve their research capacity.
