狗喉甲杓肌组织化学及超微结构的研究

摘    要:目的 研究甲杓肌各型肌纤维光镜及电镜下的结构特点,探讨其与生理功能的关系。方法 采用琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH) 染色及电镜技术对狗喉甲杓肌进行分型。结果 经SDH 染色后,甲杓肌可分红肌、白肌及中间肌三种肌纤维型,它们所占比例分别为53 .3 % 、17 .8 % 、28 .9 % 。电镜下,根据线粒体的数量及分布特点可分出三种类型的超微结构,它们分别与光镜下的肌纤维分型相对应。结论 甲杓肌各型肌纤维构成特点与生理功能密切相关;定量分析Z 线及肌节的宽度对于电镜下的肌纤维分型有重要意义

Abstract:Objective To study the characteristics of thyroarytenoid(TA)muscle types under light microscope and electron microscope,and to find out the relationship between the characteristics and its physical function.Methods We classified the canine TA with succinic dehydrogenase (SDH)staining method and electron-microscopy.Results The TA could be classified into red muscle,white muscle and intermediate muscle by SDH stains.The TA consisted of 53.3% of red muscle,17.8% of white muscle and 28.9% of intermediate muscle.We found three different ultrastructures according to the amount and distribution of mitochondria,which corresponded to the three muscle types under light microscope respectively.Conclusion The characteristics of TA muscle types was closely related with its physical function.It was significant to measure the value of Z-line and sarcomere for quantitative analysis.
