| 摘 要： | 本文分析了５２例脑性瘫痪（ＣＰ）小儿的脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）和正中神经体感诱发电位（ＭＮＳＥＰ）结果。结果提示，诱发电位检测具有无损伤、不需病儿主动配合等优点，对发现ＣＰ小儿听觉功能和躯体感觉功能的异常有实用价值。

| Abstract: | cases of cerebral palsy(CP)children were studied with the brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP)and median nerve somatosensory evoked potentials(MNSEP) stimulation.The results were analysed, BAEP was abnormal in 27(51.9%)cases, and MNSEP was abnormal in 23(44.2%)cases. And the results showed that using of BAEP and MNSEP could reveal the disorder of the patients in hearing or/and sensation and be useful as a practical and objective measurements. |
