摘    要:本文通过研究三次相继输注时血药浓度的情况,提出了一种新的给药方案,即以速率Q_1输注T_1h,然后以速率Q_2输注T_2-T_1h,最后以维持速率Q_3输注到结束。文中采用优化手段得到三个输注速率的关系,从而使血药浓度尽快地达到稳态,并能控制血药浓度的最大值及其在指定时间内到达所期望的浓度。

Abstract:A method is proposed with an initial constant rate infusion at Q_1 over the time of T_1; then the rate was changed to a constant rate Q_3 over the time of T_2-T_1, followed by a rate Q_3 to achieve and maintain a constant plasma drug concentration. The proper relationships between Q_1/Q_3, Q_2/Q_3 attained cause steady state rapidly, and maintain the maximum plasma level C_(max)~1 in the whole course of intravenous infusion to reach the desired plasma in the given time.
