子宫内膜异位症术后药物治疗疗效分析

目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症手术后联合药物治疗的安全性和有效性。方法:将102例子宫内膜异位症术后患者随机分为3组,分别给予不同药物治疗。孕三烯酮结合桂枝茯苓组44例,米非司酮组31例,甲羟孕酮组27例,比较3组患者术后用药的治疗效果、不良反应、术后复发等情况。结果:孕三烯酮结合桂枝茯苓组复发率为4.5%,低于米非司酮组的9.6%和甲羟孕酮组的7.4%,3组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。米非司酮组体重增长率6.45%,甲羟孕酮组则为18.5%,而孕三烯酮结合桂枝茯苓组则为0,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:西药与中药联合使用对于缓解子宫内膜异位症术后患者的临床症状有着重要的作用,值得在临床上推广应用。

Analysis on the curative effect of drug therapy after surgery of endometriosis
