| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)与儿童反复呼吸道感染(recurrent respiratory infection,RRI)的关系及其临床意义。方法:选择新疆医科大学第五附属医院2009年10月～2010年10月明确诊断儿童反复呼吸道感染患者146例,采用透射免疫比浊法进行C-反应蛋白检测,检测64例急性细菌性呼吸道感染患儿(细菌感染组)、82例急性病毒性呼吸道感染患儿(病毒感染组)的血清CRP水平,并与35例正常小儿进行对比。结果:细菌感染组血清CRP明显增高,与病毒感染组和正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而病毒感染组与对照组CRP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);康复前后细菌感染组CRP差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而病毒感染组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:检测患儿血清CRP水平可作为儿童呼吸道感染疾病中鉴别细菌、病毒感染的可靠指标,对抗生素的使用和临床疗效的判定均具有重要价值,值得临床参考应用。
