| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨异位妊娠治疗后行宫腹腔镜联合手术的疗效。方法:回顾性分析31例有异位妊娠病史的患者进行宫腹腔镜手术治疗的情况。结果:28例患者输卵管疏通,2例获得临床妊娠,妊娠率6.45%。结论:异位妊娠对输卵管有不同程度损伤,经宫腹腔镜治疗后妊娠率较低,需及早助孕治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the curative effect of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy after treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:The clinical data of 31 cases with ectopic pregnancy history receiving laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:28 patients had unobstructed fallopian tubes,2 patients got pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 6.45%.Conclusion:Ectopic pregnancy can harm fallopian tubes in different degrees,the pregnancy rate is low after laparoscopy combined with hyst... |
