| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析急性脑血管病２０例的病情进展，发现急性脑血管病早期即可出现急性肺损伤（ＡＬＩ），发生率较高，且其中大部分又可演变为急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ＡＲＤＳ），直接影响疾病的转归和预后，提示临床应关注此病症使之能得到早期治疗。

| Abstract: | A retrospective analysis of 20 cases of cerebrovascular disease was made.It showed that ALI might appear in the early stage of actue cerebrovascular disease,with a higher morbidity;and most of these cases of ALI might develop to ARDS,thus affecting prognosis of the disease directly.It is suggested that attertion to an early diagnosis and treatment of ALI should be paid in these patients. |
