膀胱肿瘤癌组织中VEGF的表达

目的　通过观察VEGF在膀胱肿瘤患者癌组织中的表达 ,探讨其在膀胱肿瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法　对 2 0例膀胱肿瘤患者癌组织和 16例癌周组织行VEGF蛋白质和VEGFmRNA的表达测定。应用免疫组化和原位杂交技术行VEGF测定 ,观察膀胱肿瘤患者癌组织中VEGF表达。结果　 2 0例膀胱肿瘤患者中免疫组化VEGF蛋白及原位杂交mRNA表达阳性者 15例 ,16例癌周正常组织中 ,不论是免疫组化VEGF蛋白还是原位杂交mRNA ,均未见明显表达或弱表达。 2 0膀胱肿瘤患者中Ⅰ级 13例 ,VEGF蛋白及mRNA阳性表达者 10例。Ⅱ～Ⅲ级者 7例 ,阳性表达者 5例。Ⅰ期 14例 ,Ⅱ～Ⅳ期 6例 ,VEGF蛋白及mRNA表达阳性者分别为 9例和 6例。VEGF蛋白及mRNA表达在膀胱肿瘤患者分级中表达例数基本相同 ,在分期中 ,高期肿瘤患者中VEGF蛋白及mRNA表达较低期中的表达似有增高趋势。结论　VEGF在膀胱肿瘤患者癌组织中表达明显增强 ,相应的癌周组织中无VEGF蛋白和mRNA表达或极弱 ,VEGF与膀胱肿瘤的发生和进展相关。

The overexpression of VEGF in the tissues of bladder cancer

Objective To investigate the role of VEGF in the development of bladder cancer by measuring its expression in the tumour tissues of bladder cancer.Methods The expressions of VEGF proteins and VEGFmRNA were measured in 20 patients with bladder cancer using immunohistochemical staining and hybridization in situ.Results 15 of 20 patients with bladder cancer were both positive expressions of VEGF proteins and VEGFmRNA while neither VEGF proteins nor VEGFmRNA were positive or only weak positive expression in 16 peri tumour tissues.As for grade and stage,the number of VEGF positive expression had an increase tendency in higher stage than in lower stage with 6 of 6 in higher stage and 9 of 14 in lower stage respectively.Conclosion The expression of VEGF has increased significantly in bladder cancer tissues and the over expression of VEGF has a relationship with the development of the bladder cancer.
