| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值。方法对186例诊断为小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的门诊及住院患儿进行高频彩超检查,并进行回顾性分析。结果肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿脐周及右下腹可探及椭圆形肿大淋巴结回声,长径最大2.5cm,长径与宽径之比大于2,彩色多普勒(CDFI)显示丰富血流信号。结论高频彩超是诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的首选检查方法,对临床诊断治疗及病例追踪具有重要的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonagraphy in diagnosis of children's Mesentery Lymphadenitis.Methods High-frequency color Doppler ultrasonagraphy was performed on 186 inpatients and outpatients with Mesentery Lymphadenitis, retrospective analysis was made on them. Results Tuberculum echo of oval-shaped tumescence was found in periumbilical and right abdominal cavity of patients with Mesentery Lymphadenitis. The largent length diameter was above 2.5cm.The ratro between length diameter and width diameter was 2.Color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) show plentiful color Doppler flow signal.Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasonagraphy maybe the first choice in detecting in diagnosis of children's Mesentery Lymphadenitis. It has important value in clinical diagnosis and treatment ,as well as cases pursuit. |
