大鼠原位肝移植模型制作的术后稳定存活率

目的观察改良“二袖套”法大鼠原位肝移植模型制作的术后稳定存活情况。方法50只W istar大鼠和50只雄性SD大鼠分别作为为供体和受体,通过改良“二袖套”法施行大鼠原位肝移植,观察术后24 h存活率和1周存活率,并分析死亡原因。结果肝移植术后24 h存活率为84.0%(42/50),死亡的8例中麻醉控制不当2例,出血4例、血栓形成2例;1周存活率82.0%(41/50),1例于术后第7天死于脓胸,可能为管饲喂养营养剂引起食道穿孔所致。结论固定的配合,术中仔细、轻柔的操作和熟练的显微镜外科技术,以及改善手术环境和术后饲养环境,是大鼠术后稳定存活的关键。

Steady Livability after Orthotopic Liver Transplantation in Rats

Objective To observe the steady livability after orthotopic liver transplantation with modified "two-cuff method" in rats. Methods In experimental group,orthotopic liver transplantation in 50 male SD rats that accepted Wistar rats livers was performed with modified "two-cuff method".After the transplantation,24-h survival rate and 1-week survival rate were observed,and the causes of death were analyzed. Results The 24-h survival rate was 84.0%(42/50).Two died of improper anesthesia,four of hemorrhage,and two of thrombosis.And 1-week survival rate was 82.0%(41/50).One died of empyema on the seventh day with the possible cause of esophageal perforation. Conclusion Experienced surgeons,established microsurgical techniques and proper postoperative care are the points that count in the steady livability of rats with orthotopic liver transplantation.
