穴位注射对恶性肿瘤化疗的解毒作用

目的 :寻找防治恶性肿瘤化疗副作用的方法。方法 :治疗组 71例各种恶性肿瘤在化疗的同时 ,采用黄芪、当归注射液分别注射足三里、血海、肾俞穴 ;对照组 52例采用化疗的同时 ,服用鲨肝醇 50mg,利血生 2 0mg,维生素B62 0mg ,均每日 3次。结果 :治疗组在消化道毒性、骨髓抑制毒性方面明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :穴位注射黄芪、当归注射液可有效地防治肿瘤化疗过程中出现毒性反应。

Detoxic action of acupoint-injection in chemotherapy of malignant tumor

Objective To search for a method for prevention and treatment of side-effects in chemotherapy of malignant tumor. Methods The treatment group (n=71) were treated by injectio n of Huangqi injectio and Danggui injectio into Zusanli (ST 36), Xuehai (SP 10) and Shenshu (BL 23) in chemotherapy, and the control group (n=52) were treat ed by administration of batyl alcohol tablets 50 mg, leucogen 20 mg, vitamin B 6 20 mg, thrice each day. Results The treatment group in toxicity for the digestive tract and bone-marrow-arresting toxicity was significantly lower than the control g roup (P<0 01). Conclusion Acupoint-injection of Huangqi injectio and Da nggui injectio can effectively prevent and cure toxic reactions in chemotherap y.
