| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨孕产期不同的健康教育方式对产褥期母婴保健知识的影响,为制订孕产期健康教育模式提供依据。方法:将553例产后42天回医院检查的产妇按接受健康教育的不同方式分为对照组(265例)和研究组(288例)进行产褥期保健知识、护理能力及母婴患病情况的问卷调查。对照组予常规的孕产期健康教育方式,研究组在此基础上改革教学方法与技巧,责任护士一对一进行有针对性的母婴护理技巧的训练。结果:研究组比对照组产褥期母婴保健知识知晓率高,自我护理、婴儿护理能力强,产褥期母婴患病情况发生率低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:孕产期健康教育必须突出实用性、实践性,强化技能训练和个体指导,以提高产褥期母婴保健知识和护理能力。
