庆大霉素突变菌株与生产菌株混种发酵提高庆大霉素产品质量

摘    要:庆大霉素生产菌株经LiC1、~(60)Co诱变处理,筛选到突变株No.ZF-108,HPLC测定表明C_1组份达70%。将该菌株与庆大霉素生产菌株No.12-1按不同比例在一级罐或三级罐作混合发酵,可提高庆大霉素成品中C_1含量。混合发酵143罐共32批产品全部符合中国药典1990版标准。

Abstract:Micromonospora echinospora ZF-108 which is a high content of C_1 component but low potency gentamicin producer, is a mutant from parent strain, M. echinospora 12-1, treated with LiCl and ~(60)Cobalt as mutagenic agents.The content of Gentamicin C_1 of the mutant is as high as 70% by HPLC.When mixed together in the first or third stage of fermentation in different proportion could increase the gentamicin C_1 component and the potency of the product.Results from 32 batches of 143 different sizes of fermentation tanks showed that the quality of the products, e.g. the contents of C_1, C_2, C_(1a), and C_(2a) as well as the potencies in the gentamicin sulfate powder,are in accord with the standard in the Chinese Pharmacopeia 1990 edition.
