替米沙坦联合瑞舒伐他汀钙对动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度的影响

目的：探讨替米沙坦联合瑞舒伐他汀钙对动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度（IMT）的影响.方法：98例动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组（B组）和对照组（A组）各49例,均予替米沙坦80 mg/d降压治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀钙10 mg/d.治疗16周后,比较两组治疗前后血压、血脂及IMT的变化.结果：B组治疗16周后,血总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C下降较A组更显著（P〈0.05）,IMT降低较A组更显著（P〈0.01）.结论：替米沙坦联合瑞舒伐他汀钙在平稳降压、有效调脂的同时,能保护血管内皮细胞,延缓颈动脉粥样硬化病变的进展.

Effects of rosuvastatin combined with telmisartan on intima-media thickness of carotid artery in patients with atherothrombotic cerebral infarction

Objective： To investigate the effects of rosuvastatin combined with telmisartan on atherosclerotic arteries in patients with atherothrombotic cerebral infarction. Methods： Ninety eight patients with atherothrombotic cerebral infarction were randomly divided to two groups ： either received telmisartan 80 mg/d alone （ Group A, n = 49） or telmisartan 80 mg/d plus rosuvastatin 10 mg/d （Group B, n =49）. Blood pressure, blood lipid level and carotid artery intima-media thickness were measured at 16th week for comparison. Results： Significant reduction of serum total cholesterol （TC）, serum triglyceride （TG） and serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） was observed in Group B comparing with those in Group A （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover, significant more prominent reduction of the intima-media thickness of carotid artery in group B was observed （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Combined therapy of telmisartan and rosuvastatin can protect vascular endothelial cells, slow down the incrassation of the intima- media of carotid artery, and lower blood pressure and blood lipid effectively.
