实验性动脉再狭窄动物模型的构建与研究

摘    要:目的:建立再狭窄动物实验模型。方法:采用右髂动脉球囊内皮剥落术加高胆固醇喂饲家兔。结果:经血管造影检查,右髂动脉平均狭窄程度血管成形术前在60%以上,术后5周在50%;病理切片和组织生化显示内膜明显增厚,可见大量泡沫细胞,脂质沉积显著增加;透射电镜和免疫组织化学鉴定显示,增生内膜主要是平滑肌细胞增殖。结论:采用本方法可以成功地建立再狭窄动物模型,增生的内膜主要是平滑肌细胞增殖。

Abstract:Objective:Setting up the experimental animal model of restenosis.Method:To use the endothlium peeling technique through the right iliac artery and to feed the rabbits with high cholesterol.Results:Inspect by angiography,the stenosis degree of the right iliac artery is over 60% febore the angioplasty.The steosis degree of the right iliac artery is over 50% after angioplasty.Pathological and histological results show that thickness of endothelium is increased and large quantities of the foaming cell can be seen,lipid deposit increased obviously;electro-microscope and immuno-histo-chemistry results show the increased endothelium is smoth muscle cell(SMC).Conclusion:Experimental animal model of re-stenosis can be set up by this technique and the proliferated cell mainly is SMC.
