自我效能理论对起搏器术后者生活质量的影响

摘    要:目的:本次研究探讨以应用自我效能理论的健康教育对起搏器术后患者生活质量的影响,为提高起搏器术后患者的生活质量提供更好的健康教育方法。方法:本次研究选取2012年5月~8月在山西医科大学第二医院、山西省心血管疾病医院(研究所)植人永久性心脏起搏器的40名心律失常患者。按照手术日的先后将其分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组患者实施常规的健康教育,观察组患者实施以应用自我效能理论的健康教育。采用一般自我效能感量表及起搏器生存质量测定量表对两组起搏器患者进行教育前、教育3个月后评分。两组资料间比较采用t检验,计数资料分析用x2检验。结果:健康教育前两组患者的一般自我效能感得分,生活质量总分及各维度分值、一般资料的差异无统计学意义。健康教育3个月后两组患者在生活质量总分及各维度分值、一般自我效能感分值上均较健康教育前有所提高,差异均有统计学意义,且观察组患者的生活质量总分及各维度分值、一般自我效能感分值较健康教育前的提高均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义。在健康教育前、健康教育3个月后,两组患者的一般自我效能感评分均明显低于全国常模,差异均有统计学意义。结论:应用自我效能理论进行健康教育有利于提高起搏器术后患者的生活质量。

How Self-efficacy Theory Impact on Quality of Life in Patient after Pacemaker Implantation

Abstract:Objective : The objective of the present study was to assess how the self - efficacy theory impact on quality of life in patient after pacemaker implantation, in order to find the better health education way. Methods :40 patients who were from The Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, Shanxi Institute of Cardiovascular Disease were studied. According to the operation, it has been divided into observation group and control group, each group has 20 cases. The control group use the routine health education, the ob- servation group use self - efficacy theory. The quality of life and self - efficacy were estimated in all the subjects after pacemaker im- plantation before and after three months health education. Also the statistical methods include t - test and Chi - square test. Results : There is no difference between the two group about self - efficacy score, the total and each dimension score of the quality of life, gener- al information before health education. There is significant difference between the health education before and after in each group about self - efficacy score, the total and each dimension score of the quality of life. And the observation group has a bigger improvement than the control group. Before and after three months health education, the self- efficacy score in two group both obviously lower than the national norm. Conclusions : This research showed that self - efficacy score in patient after pacemaker implantation is lower. So in or- der to improve and enhance their quality of life, nursing staff should strength the self - efficacy of patients after pacemaker implantation.
