| 摘 要： | 目的观察异体脱细胞真皮对大面积烧伤患者晚期残余创面的治疗作用。方法67例烧伤残余创面患者,按同类创面分为两组,治疗组47例,应用异体脱细胞真皮治疗,对照组20例单用紫草油治疗,比较两组创面愈合率、创面愈合时间、创面细菌培养阳性率。结果异体脱细胞真皮用于烧伤残余创面治疗,可明显缩短创面愈合时间,提高创面愈合率,两组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);两组细菌培养阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异体脱细胞真皮能促进烧伤残余创面的愈合。
