| 摘 要： | 作者采用心电图门控磁共振成像技术,检查了33例不同类型先天性心脏病患者,其中紫绀类复杂性先天性心脏病22例。有31例MRI诊断与术后诊断和(或)心血管造影结果相符合,确诊率为93.9％。文中详细介绍了房、室间隔缺损、法乐氏四联症、心脏大血管转位等常见心血管畸形的MRI诊断。认为MRI在先天性心脏病,特别是复杂性先天性心脏病诊断中具有重要的临床价值,当临床诊断发生困难或存在诊断不清楚时,尤其是对那些不适合做心血管造影而又必须明确诊断者,MRI是一种理想的检查方法。

| Abstract: | ECG -gated Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) was performed in 33 patients with a variety of congenital cardiovascular malformations. The results showed that the great vessel and intracardiac abnormalities were clearly shown by MRI. Therefore correct diagnose of congenital heart disease could be readily obtained. In 31 of the 33 casse,the MRI diagnoses were competible with the final results. In this article,the MRI diagnosis of atrial and ventricular septum defects, tetralogy of Fallot.and transporsition of great vessel and heart was described in detail. The roles of MRI in the diagnosis of congenital heart diseases was discussed. |
