| 摘 要： | 目的：研究心理干预在电子胃镜检查中的作用及意义。方法：将120例患者分为心理干预组和对照组各60例，比较两组患者在插镜时血压及心率变化、紧张焦虑程度和检查完成时间。结果：插镜中观察组心率、血压明显低于对照组，胃镜检查前10min观察组紧张、焦虑明显较对照组轻。观察组检查完成时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．01）。结论：进行心理干预可以有效缓解患者紧张焦虑心理，缩短检查完成时间，维持生命体征平稳，使患者顺利地配合医生做完胃镜检查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effect of psychological nursing for patients undergoing gastroscopy.Methods: Comprehensive psychological nursing was taken before and during gastroscopy in 60 cases ,which compared to control group with the same cases.Results:After comprehensive psychological nursing taken before and during gastroscopy ,the BP,R,HR and compliance of patients were better in subject than in control group,and the examination time were shorter in subject than in control group.Conclusion:Comprehensive psychological nursing taken before and during gastroscopy could improve the adaptability of patients to the invasive examination. |
