| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨军训女兵骨盆应力性骨折愈合时间。方法 分别于停止军训后的第 1、第 2、第 3和第 4年 ,对部分骨盆应力性骨折的女兵拍骨盆X线片检查。结果 耻骨支应力性骨膜炎 5例 ,在停止军训后的第 2年完全愈合 ,表现形式为骨膜反应的消失。耻骨支骨折 8例 ,2例在停止军训后的第 3年、6例在停止军训后的第 4年完全愈合。结论 军训女兵骨盆应力性骨折完全愈合时间根据骨折的类型而定。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on the cure timing of pelvic stress fracture in revieved female army soldiers. Methods Plain ra-diographs were done in 1th 2th 3th and 4th year respectively after female army soldiers finishing military training.Results The 5 cases of pubic rami periostits was completely recover in 2 th year after finishing military training and the recover form was periostits vanishing.The 8 cases of pubic rami complete fracture were reviewed,of which,2 cases were recover in 3th year and 6 cases in 4th after finishing,military training.Conclusion The recover timing of pelvic stress fracture was different due to pelvic stress fracture's pattern. |
