不同角膜球差患者植入零球差非球面IOL术后视觉质量研究

目的观察不同角膜球差患者植入零球差非球面IOL后的视力、对比敏感度及患者满意度。方法收集拟行手术治疗的年龄相关性白内障患者48例(48眼)。依据术前角膜球差将患者分为3组,角膜球差≤0.2μm者为A组,角膜球差0.2~0.3μm者为B组,角膜球差0.30μm者为C组。患者均行白内障超声乳化吸除联合Rayner 920H非球面IOL植入术。术后3个月观察患者的裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、对比敏感度以及患者的满意度。结果术后3个月3组患者的裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力差异比较无统计学意义(P均0.05),对比敏感度在不同亮度背景下、不同空间频率差异均无统计学意义(P均0.05)。3组患者术后的满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论不同角膜球差患者植入零球差非球面IOL后的视力、对比敏感度及患者满意度均相似。

Study on visual quality of eyes with different corneal spherical aberration implanted with aberration-free aspheric intraocular lens

Objective It is to observe the visual acuity, contrast sensitivity of eyes and the satisfaction degree of patient with different corneal spherical aberration implanted with aberration-free aspheric intraocular lens （IOL）. Methods Forty-eight eyes of forty-eight age-related cataract patients were selected and divided into 3 groups according to the value of preoperative corneal spherical aberration. Eyes with corneal spherical aberration≤0.2μm were assigned to group A, those with corneal spherical aberration 〉 0.2 μm to 0.3μm to group B, and those with corneal spherical aberration≥0.3 μm to group C. All pa- tients underwent phacoemulsification and received Rayner 920H aspheric IOL. The uncorrected visual acuity （UCVA） , best corrected visual acuity （BCVA）, contrast sensitivity, and the satisfaction degree of patient were observed at postoperative 3 months. Results There were no significant difference in UCVA and BCVA among the three groups （ all P 〉 0.05 ）, and was no significant differences in contrast sensitivity among the 3 groups at any spatial frequency under photopic, mesopic, and mesop- ic with glare conditions （ all P 〉 0.05）. There was not significant difference in postoperative patient satisfaction among the three groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Implantation of aberration-free aspheric intraocular lens in eyes with different corneal spherical aberration results in similar visual acuity, contrast sensitivity and patient satisfaction.
