RhoC和Ki-67蛋白在翼状胬肉中的表达与临床病理特点的关系

目的研究RhoC和Ki-67蛋白在翼状胬肉中的表达及二者的相关性,探讨RhoC及Ki-67作为标记物评估翼状胬肉生物学特性的可行性。方法应用辣根过氧化物酶标记的链霉卵白素免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)对45例原发性翼状胬肉及16例正常球结膜组织中的RhoC及Ki-67蛋白进行检测,分析二者相关性。结果 RhoC及Ki-67蛋白在翼状胬肉组织中的表达均显著高于正常结膜组(P均0.05)。静止期和进展期翼状胬肉中RhoC及Ki-67表达比较差异有统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论检测RhoC及Ki-67在翼状胬肉中的表达,可有效判断患者翼状胬肉的发病及复发情况,便于早期采取相关治疗措施,减轻患者痛苦及经济负担。

Study on relation of RhoC and Ki-67 protein expression in pterygium with its clinicopathological features

Objective It is to investigate the expression of RhoC and Ki - 67 protein in pterygium, and explore the use of RhoC and Ki - 67 as a marker to assess the biological characteristics of pterygium. Methods The expression of RhoC and Ki - 67 protein of 45 cases of primary pterygium tissue and 16 cases of normal conjunctival tissue were detected by Horseradish per- oxidase labeled streptavidin immunohistochemistry （SP method） , and their correlation was analyzed. Results The expression of RhoC and Ki - 67 protein in pterygium tissue were markedly higher than that in normal conjunctiva group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference in the expression of RhoC and Ki - 67 protein between Resting and progress of pterygium （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The expression of RhoC and Ki - 67 in pterygium can effectively determine the incidence and recurrence of pterygium patients to take relevant measures in the early treatment, to alleviate the suffering and economic burden of patients.
