硅油眼复发性视网膜脱离的巩膜外垫压治疗

目的 :评价硅油充填眼视网膜脱离复发时行巩膜外垫压术的治疗效果 ,探讨其适应症和手术要点。方法 :对 14例硅油充填视网膜再脱离眼行巩膜外垫压术 ,术中用双目间接检眼镜确定视网膜裂孔或牵拉条索的位置 ,在对应的巩膜上行硅胶海绵垫压。结果 :14只眼中 ,术后 10只眼视网膜复位 ,成功率 71 4% ,其中 6只眼视力提高 ,眼压正常。 4只眼视网膜未复位。结论 :巩膜外垫压术对硅油充填术后视网膜脱离复发是一种有效的治疗方案 ,而且节省费用和时间 ,如果选择病例适当 ,这种手术方案能够获得较高的成功率。

Scleral buckling for the treatment of retinal redetachment in eyes with silicone oil

Objective:To evaluate the outcome of scleral buckling for retinal redetachment in eyes with silicone oil retained and to investigate the indications and surgical techniques of the procedure. Methods:A total of 14 eye (14 cases),in which retinal redetachment developed after vitrectomy and silicone oil injection,underwent segmental scleral buckling with silicone oil retained.Retinal tear or traction was localized and segmental scleral buckling was performed at the corresponding portions of the sclera. Results:Of 14 eyes,10 eyes achieved completely retinal reattachment (71 4%),and the visual acuity improved in 6 eyes.Intraocular pressures were controlled to normal level.Retinal reattachment was not achieved in 4 eyes postoperatively due to giant tear or severe proliferative membrane. Conclusions:Scleral buckling with silicone oil retained is an effective management for retinal redetachment of eyes with silicone oil tamponade.The advantages of this method are economical and time saving.In a group of properly selected cases,segmental scleral buckling could provide adequate treatment.
