艾灸加情志护理对急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者近期生活质量影响研究

目的:观察艾灸加情志护理对急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者近期生活质量影响。方法:84例入选患者随机分为两组各42例,对照组予常规护理,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加艾灸、情志护理;调查术毕时、术后1周、术后2周两组护理前后西雅图心绞痛量表(MIDAS)和生活质量量表(SF-36)评分高低。结果:两组术后1周、术后2周的西雅图心绞痛量表(MIDAS)和生活质量量表(SF-36)评分都有改善,治疗组改善程度更明显。结论:艾灸加情志护理对急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者近期生活质量的改善明显,且临床操作方法简便,患者依从性高,临床值得推广运用。

Moxibustion plus Psychological Nursing Intervention on Recent Life Quality of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective ： To observe the impact on recent quality of life of moxibustion plus mentalnursingfor acute myocardial infarctionin patients. Methods ： 84 cases were randomly divided into two groups with42 cases in each group. The control group received routine care and the treatment group based on thetreatment of control group added moxibustion and emotional nursing investigation. At the end of operationand 1 and 2 weeks after operation, Seattle Angina Questionnaire （MIDAS） and quality of life scale （SF-36）scores in two groups were compared. Result： 1 and 2 weeks after operation in the two groups, the SeattleAngina Questionnaire （MIDAS） and quality of life scale （SF-36） scores had been improved （P〈0.05） andthe treatment group improved more obviously. Conclusion： Moxibustion plus mental nursing has obviouseffect on acute myocardial infarction in the recent improvements in quality of life of patients and the clinicalmethods of operation are simple with high compliance of the patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
