正常高值血压人群中医干预效果评价

目的:评价社区高值血压人群中医干预的效果。方法:将100例高值血压人群进行中医体质分类,按照自愿原则分为对照组与干预组,两组均提供常规饮食、运动干预,干预组针对不同类型的人群给予相应的中医干预措施,12个月后比较两组前后血压、血糖、体重指数、血脂等指标的变化。结果:与对照组相比,干预组人群在血压、血糖、体重指数、血脂方面有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:中医综合干预在高值血压人群中可改善血压、血糖及血脂的水平。

Effect Assessment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention in People with High Normal Blood Pressure

Objective ： To assess the effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in peoplewith high normal blood pressure. Methods： 100 people with high normal blood pressure were divided intomatched group and intervention group according to constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and theprinciple of voluntary. Two groups were provided regular diet and exercise intervention. Intervention grouppeople according to different types were given corresponding intervention measures of traditional Chinesemedicine. Two groups were compared the blood pressure, blood glucose, body mass index, blood lipids andother indicators of change after 12 months. Results ： Compared with control group, the intervention group wasimproved significantly in blood pressure, blood glucose, body mass index and blood lipids. The differencewas statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine intervention in peoplewith high normal blood pressure can improve the level of blood pressure, blood sugar and blood fat.
