益气健脾、祛瘀通络治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎——陈福如教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎经验

目的:介绍陈福如教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎经验。方法:通过对慢性萎缩性胃炎的病因病机分析,提出消除病因,恢复脾胃的升清降浊功能,祛瘀通络的根本治则及益气健脾、祛瘀通络的治法,以及据法所拟之经验方——萎胃汤,并附以典型病案。结果和结论:益气健脾、祛瘀通络的治法符合慢性萎缩性胃炎的病因病机及发病过程,萎胃汤有助于对此病的控制和逆转,值得我们进一步推广应用。

Resuhs and Conclusion ： The therapy of benefiting vital energy and invigorating spleen, removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals is accord with the etiology and pathogenesis and the onset of the process of chronic atrophic gastritis. Weiwei Decoction contributes to control and reverse the disease. So it is worthy of further popularization and application.
