中药健骨胶囊对原发性骨质疏松大鼠的防治作用

目的:研究中药健骨胶囊对大鼠原发性骨质疏松的影响及防治作用。方法:通过去势术建立骨质疏松大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,阳性药组,高、中、低剂量组,6组,每组10只。应用GE双能窄角扇形骨密度仪分别测大鼠脊柱及全身的骨密度;用Leica生物显微镜、Leica-DMLB图象分析软件分析大鼠双侧股骨组织病理形态,观察健骨胶囊对雌激素缺乏引起的骨质疏松模型大鼠的骨质的影响及药效作用。结果:去势大鼠雌激素缺乏引起骨质疏松明显,给药后骨量增加明显,骨结构明显改善。结论:中药健骨胶囊可促进去势大鼠骨组织生长,促进骨形成,治疗原发性骨质疏松。

Preventive and therapeutic effects of the traditional Chinese medicine Jiangu Capsule on primary osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats

Objective: To investigate influence,preventive and therapeutic effects of the traditional Chinese medicine Jiangu Capsule on primary osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.Methods: The osteoporosis models were established by the castration.The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: 10 of each group,the high,medium and low dose group,positive medicine group,the model group and the blank group.Application GE double can narrow Angle bone mineral density measuring instrument fan detect bone mineral density;Using the Leica senior biological microscope,Leica-DMLB image analysis software analysis rats bilateral femoral organization pathological form;Observation Jiangu Capsule on estrogen deficiency of the osteoporotic model of the rats and therapeutic effects of bone influence.Results: The bone mineral density level of castrated rats with osteoporosis due to the lack of estrogen were significantly increased after the treatment,along with improved bone structure.Conclusions: Traditional Chinese medicine Jiangu Capsule can promote castrated rats bone growth,promote bone formation,prevention and control of the primary osteoporosis.
