| 摘 要： | 矽肺类圆形阴影钙化比较少见,我公司412例矽肺患者中仅发现6例(1.46％)。钙化是在矽肺类圆形阴影基础上出现的,密度逐年增高并高于肋骨之密度。6例中全部合并肺门环形钙化,5例同时伴有肺实质的壳变钙化。经鉴别诊断可除外肺胞微石症,霉菌肺部感染钙化与肺结核钙化等疾病。患者病程似有延缓,健康情况较好,如能设法使阴影钙化而改善预后,不失为一项重要的防治措施。

| Abstract: | Circular shadow of calcification is rarely seen in silicosis.In our company, there were only 6 cases among 412 silicotic sufferers(i.46%).The calcification was developed on the basis of the circular shadow, its density increased year by year and was higher than that of the ribs. All the 6 cases wers complicated with pulmonary hilum ring calcification. Among them, 5 cases were accompanaied simultaneously with shell changing calcification of pulmonary parenchyma. Through differential diagnosis, such cases as pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis, pulmonary moldinfected calcification, phthisic calcification, etc. canbe eliminated. The sufferers' disease course appeared to be extended and their health situation is better now. If we can try to calcify the shadows and improve the prognosis, probably it will be an important treating measure. |
