| 摘 要： | 本文采用ELISA和免疫胶体金标记电镜技术,研究了蒙古沙土鼠急性脑缺血及再灌注后CaM的含量和分布变化。ELISA测定结果;结扎双侧颈总动脉10分钟后,CaM含量较正常组显著降低(P<0.01),再灌注20分钟,CaM含量较缺血10分钟组显著降低(P<0.01),免疫胶体金电镜观察表明,缺血组和缺血再灌组每个视野胶体金颗粒数明显低于正常组(P<0.01),在缺血神经元突触附近,可见胶体金颗粒明显减少。

| Abstract: | The changes of CaM content and distribution in acute cerebral ischemia of Mongolian gerbils were investigated with enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay (ELISA )and immunogold staining(IGS). The ELISA results showed that which ligation of both common carotid arteries for 10 rain the contents of CaM were significantly lower (P<0.01) than that of the normol group. After 20 rain of reperfusion the contents of CaM were also significantly lower (P<0.01) than that of the ischemia 10 rain group. The numbers of immunogold particle decreased significantly (P<0.01) in both of ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion groups and were much lower than that of the normal group.
