始兴县不同区域在校学生常见病综合防治情况

目的 了解不同区域在校学生常见病综合防治情况。方法 按照全国学生常见病综合防治考评方案的要求，2002-2004年对始兴县不同地理区域和生活习惯共21934人次学生的常见病综合防治进行监测分析。结果 蛔虫感染率均有下降，城市学校感染率低于乡村。营养不良与肥胖症均表现为城市高于乡村，且小学生高于中学生。视力低下随学龄递升而增高，城市高于乡村。沙眼患病率高年级小于低年级。龋齿患病率低年级高于高年级。结论 不同区域在校学生常见病率逐渐转为城市〉平原地区〉乡村，在学生常见病综合防治工作中应加强城市学生常见病防治力度。

Comprehensive Prevention and Treatment of Common Diseases among School Students in Different Regions of Shixing County

[Objective]To learn the comprehensive prevention and treatment of common diseases among school students in different regions of Shixing County.[Methods]Surveillance and analysis was made on the comprehensive prevention and treatment of common diseases among 21 934 school students from different regions of Shixing County with different life styles according to the demands of the Evaluation Project for Common Diseases Prevention and Treatment among Students.[Results]The rate of lumbricosis infection decreased in both urban and rural areas but was higher in the rural area.The rate of both malnutrition and obesity were higher in the urban area and among primary school students than that in the rural area and among middle school students.The rate of low vision increased with the age and was higher in the urban area.The morbidity of trachoma was higher among the higher grade students than among the lower grade students,while the morbidity of dental caries was higher among the lower grade students.[Conclusion]The morbidity of common diseases is usually the highest in the urban area and lowest in the rural area.Preventive work should be strengthened among the urban students.
