急性外伤性颅内血肿117例临床分析

目的:为了提高急性颅内血肿的早期诊断和救治水平。方法:总结分析经CT检查/手术确诊的急性颅内血肿117例的临床资料、治疗方法和疗效。结果:手术治疗117例,硬膜外血肿57例,硬膜下血肿34例,脑内血肿23例,脑室内血肿3例;按国际GOS评分:良好84例,轻残17例,中残2例,重残1例,植物生存1例,死亡12例,重型颅脑损伤的死亡率为27.3％(12/44)。结论:头颅CT检查有助于早期诊断颅脑损伤,正确掌握手术指征,积极手术治疗和围手术期处理是提高治愈率、降低死残率的关键。

Clinical Analysis of 117 Cases of Acute Traumatic Intracranial Hematomas

Objective: To elevate the level of the early diagnosis and treatment of acute traumatic intracranial hematomas. Methods: Summarize and analyze the clinical data, treatment methods and results of 117 cases of acute traumatic intracranial hematomas defining by CT and surgery. Results: Extradural hematoma was found in 57 cases, subdural hematoma in 34 cases, intracerebral hematoma in 23 cases, intraventricular hematoma in 3 cases of 117 cases. Of the 117 patients, 105 survived (89.7%). Conclusions: CT can be helpful to the early diagnosis of brain trauma. Mastering the operation indications, operation, and correct treatment during perioperatlon is the key to elevate the rate of cure and decrease the rate of disability and death.
