| 摘 要： | 对我室１９６０－１９９５年间做的１３９２例儿童尸检的病理与临床诊断进行了分析，结果表明：总的儿童尸检率为６９．５３％。尸检率以１９８１－１９９０年间为高，１９７１－１９８０年间最低。总的临床误诊率为３０．９。各年代，各种疾病及各年龄组诊断符合率各不相同。

| Abstract: | Autopsy of 1392 pediatric cases were performed in our department from 1960 to 1995 The pathological and the respective clinical diagnosis were compared The results show that the general pediatric autopsy rate in our hospital is 69 53% However,the highest rate is 86% in the years from 1981 to 1990,and the lowest on is 50% in the years from 1971 to 1980 The total clinical mis diagnosis rate is 30 9% The agreement between clinical and pathological diagnosis varies in different time,age and types of diseases |
