B超引导下脐带及羊膜腔穿刺术392例临床分析

目的:探讨B超引导下脐带及羊膜腔穿刺术的临床应用及其安全性。方法:392例中晚期妊娠妇女在B超引导下按需抽取羊水(203例)或脐血(189例)进行遗传学及生物化学检测,对其孕妇及胎儿并发症、检验结果等进行分析。结果:发现胎儿畸形15例,均及时引产。羊膜腔穿刺203例未发生孕妇及胎儿并发症,脐带穿刺189例,一次成功率94.2%,穿刺点出血83例(43.9%),一过性胎心减慢17例(9.0%),自然流产1例(0.5%)。结论:正确把握适应症,B超引导下抽取胎儿样本是安全和有效的产前诊断方法。

Clinical studying of 392 cases of amniocentesis and cordocentesis by ultrasound guidance

Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of amniocentesis and cordocentesis by direct ultrasound guidance.Methods:203 cases of pregnant woman performed Amniocentesis and 189 cases,cordocentesis during 2002.1 to 2003.6.The test results,outcomes and complications were analyzed.Results:15 cases of abnormal fetuses were terminated.No complications happened in amniocentesis.The successful rate of cordocentesis was 94.2%(178/189),There were 17 cases with fetal heart rate slowing temporarily(8.99%),83 cases bleeding post-insertion(43.9%) and one case of fetal lost(0.5%).Conclusion:The technique of amniocentesis and cordocentesis by direct ultrasound guidance is safety and efficacy in prenatal diagnosis but require reasonable indications.
