急性期面神经麻痹针刺时机选择

目的:观察选择周围性面神经麻痹不同时机进行针刺的疗效。方法:将150例周围性面神经麻痹患者按病程分为二组,发病7天以内的急性期患者为治疗组,发病7天以上的静止期及恢复期患者为对照组,采用相同的穴位进行针刺治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率88.2％,有效率100％;对照组治愈率52.1％,有效率95.8％。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在周围性面神经麻痹的急性期给予面神经良性刺激,会大大提高治愈机率,故周围性面瘫针刺治疗的最佳时机为急性期。

Choise of the right moment in acupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis

Purpose: To observe therapeutic effercts of acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis at different opportune moment. Methods : One hundred and fifty cases of peripheral farial paralysis were divided into two groups according to duration of illnes. The patients at a-cute stage with duration of illness of less than 7 days were served as treatment group and the patients at resting stage and restoration stage with duration of illness of more than 7 days as controlled group. They were treated with acupuncture at same points. Result: The cured rate 88.2% and 66.7%,and the effective rate was 100.0% and 95.8% in the treatment group and controlled group, respectively, the treatment group being superior to the controlled group in the therapeutic effect. Conculsion: Acute stage is the opportunity for acupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis.
