醋酸丙酸氢化可的松霜治疗湿疹的疗效观察

目的：比较醋酸丙酸氢化可的松霜(益芙可)和丁酸氢化可的松霜(来可得)治疗湿疹的疗效，并评价醋酸丙酸氢化可的松霜的安全性。方法：采用多中心、随机、研究者单盲、阳性对照、平行组比较方法，将湿疹患者随机分为两组，其中治疗组119例外用醋酸丙酸氢化可的松霜，对照组123例外用丁酸氢化可的松霜.结果：靶皮损总积分，治疗组改善83．1％，对照组改善84．8％。采用协方差分析模型统计学分析，醋酸丙酸氢化可的松霜的疗效与丁酸氢化可的松霜的疗效相当。治疗组有1例发生轻度刺激性皮炎。结论：醋酸丙酸氢化可的松霜治疗湿疹的疗效与丁酸氢化可的松霜相似，是一种安全、有效的外用皮质类固醇药物。

A multicenter, randomized and double blind study on the treatment of eczema by using hydrocortisone acceponate cream

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of hydrocortisone acceponate (HA) cream in the treatment of eczema. Methods: A study was conducted by the way of multicenter, randomization, double blind method, and parallel control. One group was topically treated with 0.127% HA cream for 3 consecutive weeks. As active-control, another group was treated with 0.1% hydrocortisone butyrate (HB) cream. Results: Two hundred and forty-two patients with eczema completed the study, in which 119 patients were recruited in HA group, and 123 patients in HB group. Results demonstrated that the ratio of improvement on sum scores of target lesion were 83.1% in HA group and 84.8% and in HB group respectively, with no statistical difference between the two groups. One patient had mild irritant dermatitis in HA group. Conclusion: 0.127% HA cream is a safe and effective topical steroid, which is as effective as 0.1% HB cream in the treatment of eczema.
