老年人根管治疗术一次法的疗效评价及影响因素分析

目的评价老年人一次法根管治疗的疗效及其影响因素。方法选取门诊需要做根管治疗的162例老年患者的178颗牙行根管治疗术一次法进行治疗,对患者的性别、根管情况、治疗史、瘘道、术前牙髓情况、术前尖周病变、根管充填质量、牙体修复情况及术后反应进行详细记录,术后2年随访,观察其疗效。结果术后2年随访,治愈率为74%。回归分析表明,无尖周病变,适充及牙体修复完好的患牙比术前有尖周病变、欠充及根充物暴露的患牙治愈率高。结论老年患者可采用根管治疗术一次法,术前无根尖周病变、适充、牙体修复完好的的患牙疗效好。

Evaluation and Effects of Single-visit Root Canal Therapy in Aged People

Objective To assess the clinical outcome of single-visit root canal therapy （RCT）in aged people and the factors that might influence the outcome of RCT. Methods To select 162 elder sufferers＇178 teeth that were treated with RCT in single-visit. They were investigated through a study of the detailed records of gender, eases of root canal, therapy history, fistula,preoperative pulp and perapical status,quality of root filling, condition of coronal restoration and responses after root canal filling. Dental clinic-appointment-only two year after RCT-is to assess the efficacy. Results Two years after RCT,the cure rate was 74%. The logistic analysis indicated that the odds on the cure in the teeth with pre-operative periapical radiolueency, underfilling and ＂ open＂ coronal restoration were significantly lower than that in their counterparts,respectively. Conclusion Single-visit root canal therapy could be adopt for aged people. The efficacy of the cured teeth with preoperative pulp and perapieal status ,quality of root filling and intergrity of coronal restoration was good.
