乙型肝炎患者血清免疫球蛋白水平的变化及其意义探讨

目的探讨乙型肝炎患者血清免疫球蛋白水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选择我院2011年6月至2012年6月96例乙型肝炎患者作为观察组,同时选择同期健康体检者96例作为对照组,观察其治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)水平。结果慢性重型乙型肝炎、慢性乙型肝炎与急性乙型肝炎患者IgG、IgA、IgM水平均高于正常组,根据患者的疾病严重程度,其排列顺位依次是慢性重型乙型肝炎、慢性乙型肝炎与急性乙型肝炎,IgG、IgA、IgM指标水平高低于疾病严重程度呈正相关,组间比较差异具有显著性,有统计学意义P<0.05。乙型肝炎患者治疗后IgG、IgA、IgM水平均较治疗前明显降低,治疗后与治疗前比较差异具有显著性,有统计学意义P<0.05。结论血清免疫球蛋白是反应乙型肝炎患者严重程度的重要指标,根据血清免疫球蛋白水平可对患者肝细胞的受损程度作出准确判断,从而可随时了解患者的疾病进展及治疗情况,对疗效及预后具有重要的指导意义。

Hepatitisb Patients Serum Immunoglobulin Levels of Changes and this Paper Probes into the Significance

Objective Study of the serum of patients with hepatitis B immunoglobulin levels and their clinical significance.Method Our hospital from 2011 June-2012 year in June 96 hepatitis B patients as the observation group,at the same time choice earlier health examination 96 cases as control group,were observed before and after the treatment of immune serum globulin（IgG,IgA,IgM） level.Result Chronic severe hepatitis B,chronic hepatitis B and acute hepatitis B patients with IgG,IgA,IgM levels were higher than that in the normal group,the patients according to the severity of disease,its arrange followed by chronic severe hepatitis,chronic hepatitis B and acute hepatitis B,IgG,IgA,IgM index level lower than disease severity was positively correlated with,comparison between groups the difference was significant,with statistical significanceP0.05.Hepatitis B patients after treatment with IgG,IgA,IgM levels were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,before and after the treatment was significant,with statistical significanceP0.05.Conclusion Serum immune globulin is a response to hepatitis B patients important indices of the severity,according to the levels of serum immunoglobulin in patients of liver cell damage degree to make accurate judgement,which can identify patients with disease progression and treatment,the curative effect and prognosis has important guiding significance.
