加替沙星联合头孢哌酮对老年重症肺炎的疗效分析

目的分析加替沙星联合头孢哌酮对老年重症肺炎的疗效。方法对于我院收治的62例老年重症肺炎患者进行随机平均分组,对照组（n=31）采用加替沙星治疗,观察组（n=31）在对照组基础上加用头孢哌酮进行治疗,观察两组患者的疗效。结果对照组痊愈7例,显效12例,进步6例,无效6例,有效率61．3％;观察组痊愈10例,显效15例,进步5例,无效1例,有效率80．6％,两组并发症率均为16．1％。结论加替沙星联合头孢哌酮治疗老年重症肺炎效果良好。

Curative effect analysis of gatifloxacin combined with cefoperazone in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia

Objective To study the curative effect of gatifloxacin combined with cefoperazone in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia. Methods 62 elderly patients with severe pneumonia were randomly and evenly divided into two groups. The con- trol group were treated with gatifloxacin, and the observation group were given gatifloxacin and cefoperazone. Then the curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results In the control group, 7 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were improved, and 6 cases were ineffective. The effective rate was 61.3%. In the observation group, 10 cases were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were improved, and 1 case was ineffective. The effective rate was 80.6%. The complication incidence of the two groups was 16. 1%. Conclusion Gatifloxacin combined with cefoperazone has a good effect in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia.
