护理干预对精神分裂症病人服药依从性的影响

[目的]探讨护理干预对精神分裂症病人服药依从性的影响。[方法]将120例出院的精神分裂症病人随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各60例。实验组实施一系列护理干预,对照组不予干预。在6个月及12个月后对两组病人进行遵医行为调查。[结果]干预组经护理干预后服药依从性明显高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对精神分裂症病人进行护理干预,可以提高服药依从性,减少复发。

Influence of nursing intervention on medicine-taking compliance of schizophrenia patients

Objective:To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on medicine-taking compliance of schizophrenia patients. Methods: A total of 120 cases of discharged schizophrenia patients were divided into test and control group randomly each group with 60 cases. Patients of test group were given a series of nursing interventions, whereas no interventions were given for control group cases. And then all two group patients were investigated on compliance toward doctor's orders at six months and 12 months after intervention respectively. Results: The medicine-taking compliance of test group cases was better than that of control group cases. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups cases (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention for schizophrenia patient can enhance their medicine-taking compliance and reduce the relapse of schizophrenia.
