蓝靛果对四氯化碳损伤小鼠血清谷草转氨酶的影响

摘    要:目的 ]观察蓝靛果对四氯化碳损伤小鼠血清谷草转氨酶的影响 .方法 ]将小鼠随机分为 5组 ,即正常组、模型组、蓝靛果 3个剂量组 (每kg体重 2 0 ,1 0 ,0 5 g) ,实验第 5d测定各组血清谷草转氨酶 .结果 ]蓝靛果降低小鼠血清谷草转氨酶活力 .结论 ]蓝靛果对四氯化碳所致的肝损伤可能具有保护作用 .

Abstract:OBJECTIVE?To observe the effect of Lonicera edulis on serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase enzyme in mice liver damaged by carbon tetrachloride. ?METHODS?The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, normal group, model group, Lonicera edulis groups (2 0,1 0,0 5 g/kg). On the fifth day, serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase enzyme was detected.?RESULTS?Lonicera edulis could decrease activity of serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase enzyme in mice. ?CONCLUSION?Lonicera edulis may have protective effect on hepatic tissue damaged by tetrachloride in mice.
