| 摘 要： | 目的 :探索、验证、实践血液透析 (HD)与血液灌流 (HP)联合运用治疗急性中毒的有效性、安全性。方法 :对我院 1998-2 0 0 1年间共收治 5 0例急性中毒的病例资料进行统计分析。结果 :本组 5 0例急性中毒的病例中 ,男 2 7例 ,女 2 3例 ,治愈 4 7例(94 % ) ,死亡 1例 (2 % )。结论 :血液透析与血液灌流联合运用治疗急性中毒 ,临床效果满意 ,操作简便、安全。

| Abstract: | Objectire:To explore,validate and practice the efficiency and safety of treating acute poisoning with HD and HP.Method:To analyze the information was analysed about 50 cases with acute poisoning patients from 1998 to 2001 with statistics.Result:50 cases(men 27 cases.women 23 cases).were cured,47 cases (94%) mended,2 cases(4%) dead,1 case(2%).Conclusion:The treatment of acute poisoning with HD and HP, is satisfactiory simple and safe. |
