| 摘 要： | 目的：目的：建立中药制剂中非法掺入的卡马西平的专属性检测方法。方法：提取液通过液相色谱质谱联用分析，利用色谱保留时间、一级质谱和二级质谱碎片信息3方面信息，对中药制剂中非法掺入的卡马西平进行定性鉴别。结果：在受试中药制剂中，有1种被检测到掺有卡马西平。结论：该方法选择性强，灵敏度高，可作为中药制剂中非法掺入卡马西平的有效检测方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To develop a specific method for the identification of Carbamazepine illegally added into Chinese Medicine. Methods：The liquid ehromatography--quadrupole mass spectrometry method was used. After separated by HPLC, the organic extraction of the sample was analyzed. The compounds illegally added into Chinese Medicine preparations were identified according to the chromatographic reference, mass spectral data and mass mass spectral by comparison with those of substances. Results ：The Carbamazepine was found in Chinese Medicine preparations. Conclusion： The method is selective and sensitive,it can be used for detect Carbamazepine illegally added into Chinese Medicine oroduets. |
