上消化道出血对心、肝、肾及血象影响的临床分析

目的探讨上消化道出血对心、肝、肾等重要脏器及血象的影响。方法将同期住院,经胃镜或钡餐摄片证实为消化性溃疡或急、慢性胃炎的患者分为观察组72例(伴上消化道出血)和对照组65例,将两组的临床资料进行对比分析。结果上消化道出血时,患者心、肝、肾等重要脏器的实验室检查结果及血常规结果存在明显的改变。结论上消化道大量出血可致急性周围循环衰竭、出血不止或治疗不及时可引起机体的组织血液灌注减少和细胞缺氧,严重影响心、肝、肾的血液供应,致功能异常,直至形成不可逆转的休克,导致死亡。

Influence of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding on the Heart, Liver, Kidney Function and Blood Picture

Objective To explore the influence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding on heart,liver,kidney function and blood picture.Methods Patients with peptic ulcer or acute,chronic gastritis,proved by gastroscopy or barium meal,over the same period of hospitalization,were divided into two groups: Observation group(with upper gastrointestinal bleeding)(n=72) and control group(without upper gastrointestinal bleeding)(n=65).Clinical data of two groups was analyze contrastively.ResultsThe patient's laboratory test results showed the changes of heart,liver,kidney function and blood picture. Conclusions Upper gastrointestinal massive bleeding can lead to acute peripheral circulation failure.It can cause blood perfusion reduction and cell hypoxia if bleeding does not stop or treatment is not timely,it will seriously affect heart,liver,kidney blood supply and make its dysfunction until the formation of irreversible shock,lead to death.
