| 摘 要： | 目的研究YAC-1细胞保种的冻存方法。方法用3种不同的冻存方法对YAC-1细胞进行冷冻保存,在冻存1年内不同时间段对细胞存活率及复苏24小时后细胞的生长状况进行比较。结果用不同的冻存方法冻存YAC-1细胞,不同时间段复苏后细胞存活率不同,3种方法无显著性差异,生长状况均良好,为实验室选择适合的冻存方法提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objectives to simplify the cryopreservation method of YAC-1 cells and to make it easy to operate under different conditions.Methods YAC-1 cells were cryopreserved using three different ways. Cell survival rate was measured in different period of the first year after cells were cryopreserved, and cell growth status 24 hours after recovered was observed by microscope.Results Cell survival rates were different when cells were recovered in different ages. There was no statistically significant difference among three methods. Cells all grew well in different methods. |
