| 摘 要： | 发展社区卫生服务是深化城市医疗卫生体制改革、有效解决城市居民"看病难、看病贵"问题的重要举措.但是,在发展过程中存在着政策落实不到住、政府投入不足、对社区卫生服务定位不准确、全科医学人才匮乏等问题,阻碍了社区卫生服务的可持续发展.应同时从强化政府行为、动员全社会参与与加强机构内部管理等方面应对,促进社区卫生服务的可持续发展.
